HR & Compliance Manager – Oudtshoorn
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
BVSA is looking for a qualified and experienced HR practitioner to lead our internal human resources management, FICA compliance and HR administration across all our branches. A hybrid role for someone who can think strategically and execute practically.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR management, policy implementation and labour relations (CCMA, disciplinary)
- Recruitment, induction, performance management and FASSET WSP/ATR submissions
- HR administration: contracts, personnel files, leave and PaySpace payroll processing
- FICA compliance: CDD/EDD, monitoring, record-keeping and staff training
- POPIA compliance and liaison with the Compliance Officer
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience — preferably in a financial or professional services environment
- Knowledge of FICA, POPIA, BCEA, LRA and EEA
- Proven experience with disciplinary processes and CCMA
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Strong computer skills (MS 365, PaySpace an advantage)
