HR & Compliance Manager – Oudtshoorn

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time

BVSA is looking for a qualified and experienced HR practitioner to lead our internal human resources management, FICA compliance and HR administration across all our branches. A hybrid role for someone who can think strategically and execute practically.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR management, policy implementation and labour relations (CCMA, disciplinary)
  • Recruitment, induction, performance management and FASSET WSP/ATR submissions
  • HR administration: contracts, personnel files, leave and PaySpace payroll processing
  • FICA compliance: CDD/EDD, monitoring, record-keeping and staff training
  • POPIA compliance and liaison with the Compliance Officer

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience — preferably in a financial or professional services environment
  • Knowledge of FICA, POPIA, BCEA, LRA and EEA
  • Proven experience with disciplinary processes and CCMA
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Strong computer skills (MS 365, PaySpace an advantage)
