BVSA Accountants Malmesbury is looking for a professional, driven and organised
Manager to join our dynamic team.
This position is ideal for a candidate who has completed their articles, has strong accounting experience,
and would like to further develop their career towards IRBA registration.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Managing and supervising staff within the office
- Training trainees and assisting with related external training requirements
- Reviewing work performed by staff to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BVSA standards
- Ensuring deadlines, budgets and targets are met
- Taking responsibility for the overall quality of work completed by the team
- Managing client work, workflow and communication where required
- Supporting staff development, performance and productivity
- Completed SAICA articles
- Interest in working towards IRBA registration will be advantageous
- 2–3 years’ management or supervision experience will be advantageous
- Strong accounting and technical knowledge
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Fluent in Afrikaans / English
- Computer literate
- Professional, organised and able to work under pressure
