BVSA Accountants Malmesbury is looking for a professional, driven and organised
Manager to join our dynamic team.

This position is ideal for a candidate who has completed their articles, has strong accounting experience,
and would like to further develop their career towards IRBA registration.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Managing and supervising staff within the office
  • Training trainees and assisting with related external training requirements
  • Reviewing work performed by staff to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BVSA standards
  • Ensuring deadlines, budgets and targets are met
  • Taking responsibility for the overall quality of work completed by the team
  • Managing client work, workflow and communication where required
  • Supporting staff development, performance and productivity
  • Completed SAICA articles
  • Interest in working towards IRBA registration will be advantageous
  • 2–3 years’ management or supervision experience will be advantageous
  • Strong accounting and technical knowledge
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Fluent in Afrikaans / English
  • Computer literate
  • Professional, organised and able to work under pressure
