Accountant – Swellendam

BVSA Konsult (Pty) Ltd is a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices across the Western Cape. We are seeking three qualified and motivated Accountants to join our professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients independently
• Preparation and review of annual financial statements
• Handling of tax returns (ITR12, ITR14, VAT) and SARS-related matters
• Monthly and annual accounting processing
• Preparing reconciliations and management accounts
• Professional liaison with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles in an accounting practice
• Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting
• Sound knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and South African tax legislation
• Experience with CaseWare, Xero, or Sage will be advantageous
• Professional communication skills in Afrikaans and English

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
